BGP enclosures
Glass Reinforced Polyester is highly resistant to contamination from oils, fats, industrial compounds, bacteria and enzymes, ideal material for electrical junction boxes used for industrial process equipment.
The BPG range of glass-reinforced polyester (GRP) enclosures is ideal for industrial applications due to its high resistance to contamination from oils, fats, and chemicals. The 16-enclosure sizes are molded from SMC sheet material, providing increased mechanical strength and UV resistance. The enclosure features:
- IP66/67 and Type 4X ingress protection with a labyrinth seal system
- Mounting holes designed to sit outside the seal, maintaining its integrity
- Customizable with internal/external earth studs, earth continuity plates, or earth bars
- Fire-rated with PH120 insulation integrity when fitted with suitable components and terminals
- Flexible design allows for drilling on any side, including the back
This versatile and robust enclosure is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
