ZAG Aluminium Electrical Enclosure
Suitable for use in Zone 1, GAS and Dust Zone 21
The ZAG range a comprehensive selection of over 15 standard sizes, designed to withstand the rigors of heavy industrial use in hazardous areas. Built with robustness in mind, these die-cast aluminum enclosures are crafted from LM6 marine-grade aluminum alloy and feature stainless steel fixings for added durability.
The ZAG’s labyrinth seal system provides exceptional corrosion resistance and IP66/67 ingress protection, safeguarding the silicon seal and preventing contaminants from entering the main enclosure. This ensures a reliable and secure housing for electrical connections and instrumentation components.
As a versatile electrical junction box or instrumentation enclosure, the ZAG can be customized with various thread forms and machined extensively on all sides. It is available in two finish options: natural or epoxy powder-coated (RAL7001). Additionally, custom paint finishes in any RAL color can be applied to meet specific client requirements.
