B-frame 0,1-30A for AC and DC applications
A very compact circuit breaker for space saving installations and various type of equipment protection. B-frame series can be built in one and two pole configurations. They can also be build as AC as well as DC breaker so you get correct product for your voltage. B-frame is approved to IEC/EN 60934. On the UL side it exist as UL recognized (UL1077) and UL listed to UL489A. B-frame also carry CCC-approval for the Chinese market.
Just as the other CBE products from CBI, the B-frame is built up of several different building blocks, like a “LEGO”. I.e. there are many different variables that can be combined to suite your application in the best possible way. Example is, except of obvious options like rated current and time delay, is: Handle, terminals, color, printing, auxilliary switch, trip alarm switch etc. The classic rocker handle can even be supplied with illumination, the illuminated rocker.

why choose hy-mag circuit breakers?
Always keep rated current regardless of temperature
The main advantage of HY-MAG circuit breakers over traditional thermal-magnetic MCBs is their insensitivity to ambient temperature variations. HY-MAG breakers maintain their rated current capacity from -40°C to +85°C, while thermal-magnetic MCBs only perform reliably at room temperature.
At around 30°C, thermal-magnetic MCBs can only handle about 75% of their rated current, requiring de-rating. This de-rating often leads to the need for higher-rated (and more expensive) MCBs, as well as increased costs for cables and busbar systems, along with reduced accuracy in applications.
